Training

A. Laser Systems

In laser systems, educating operators, maintenance staff to safely run, maintain, and optimize equipment according to manufacturer standards and regulatory compliance.

1.Safety Awareness

  • CO2 Lasers (10,600 nm)
  • Diode Lasers (typically 405 nm – 1064 nm)

2. Operation

  • CO2 Systems: Operators learn parameter control (speed, power, frequency/PPI) for cutting organic materials, plastics, and wood, along with setting up assist gases and focal distance gauges.
  • Diode Systems: Focuses on diode driver pulse modulation, thermal management limits, software setup for raster engraving versus thin vector cuts, and surface-coating preparation for reflective metal marking.

B. Printing & Packaging

  • Operator personnel: interpretation (Spanish/English) on safety aspects (inks, roll-to-roll, VOC extraction, etc) and press operation
  • Maintenance staff training: interpretation (Spanish/English) on important maintenance points for press longevity and downtime avoidance
