Installation

Installation is the critical bridge between buying a piece of machinery and actually using it for production. It involves much more than just plugging it into the wall; it requires careful physical, electrical, and mechanical setup. 

• Unloading/loading machines & equipment – damage avoidance
• Placement and levelling – minimal vibration/adequate ventilation/space/human ergonomics, etc
• Machine auxiliaries i.e., fume extraction, chillers, etc
• Location of Utilities – electricity/compressed air/water
